Daylight Saving Time will come to an end at 3:00am on 5 April across New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania, givennus an extra hour of sleep as clocks are set back.

With the Easter long weekend coinciding with the time change, it’s a timely reminder to adjust your clocks and enjoy the extended break.

Public transport is free across Victoria - starting today and running throughout April - no ticket or myki needed, just hop on and go.

This includes Melbourne trains, trams and buses; and regional trains, coaches and buses.

If you’re travelling regionally, there is a few things to keep in mind:
- Travel must be within Victoria (with a few cross-border exceptions like Albury, Mount Gambier and Deniliquin)
- No seat reservations on V/Line trains
- Some coach services still require a reservation

If you’re hitting the road soon, take care and drive safely ❤️

Take regular breaks, slow down, buckle up and put distractions away.

Double demerits are in place now until 11:59pm on 6 April. Safe driving, NSW.

Holiday Notice – GEA Sydney & Melbourne Offices

Our Sydney and Melbourne offices will be closed for the Easter holidays on the following public holidays:

• Friday, 3 April – Good Friday
• Monday, 6 April – Easter Monday
