At Young Voyagers ELC, children are encouraged to connect with nature and resource their learning through hands-on experiences. They engaged in an Extracting Colours activity, exploring natural materials like turmeric, charcoal, onion skins, bell peppers, flowers, and carrots to create eco-friendly colours. The children touched, smelled, and observed as these materials transformed water into vibrant, natural colours . They used paper and paintbrushes to create stunning artwork, observed at how nature provides such beautiful and sustainable resources.
