👀✨ Getting Ready for Big School! 🎒🏫

It’s that time of year again when we start getting our preschool children ready for their exciting journey to big school! 💛

Yesterday, our Preschool children participated in the STEPS Statewide Eyesight Preschooler Screening program. 👁️✨

The screening is a wonderful opportunity to check our little learners’ eyesight before they head off to school and support their health, wellbeing and learning journey.

Our children did such a great job taking part and showing us their confidence and curiosity! 🌟👏

Last night, we had the pleasure of hosting our Spring & Summer Tasting Event, and what a wonderful evening it was!

A huge thank you to Carla, the Woolworths at Work team, and The Biting Truth team for visiting us and sharing your knowledge and support with our team. 💕 We truly appreciate your time and expertise in helping us continue to provide nutritious and delicious meals for our children.

A very special thank you to our amazing Chef Daniel 👨‍🍳 for preparing such a wonderful tasting menu! Everything was absolutely delicious, nutritious and thoughtfully prepared for our little learners to enjoy. 🍽️🌱

🦓 Pre-Prep Animal Camouflage Hunt! 🐾

Our Pre-Prep children became little wildlife detectives as they explored an exciting Animal Camouflage Hunt! 🔍🌿

They matched animals to their unique stripes, spots, colours and patterns, discovering how camouflage helps animals blend into their environments and stay safe from predators.

Through this hands-on experience, children strengthened their observation, matching and problem-solving skills while learning about the amazing ways animals adapt to their surroundings. 🌏✨

🪱 Worm Adventures in Preschool! 🌱

Our Preschool children had a fascinating and informative experience learning all about worms! They discovered how worms move, what they eat, and even explored their anatomy. 🪱🔍

After learning about worms, the children headed to our pretend worm farm, where they used plastic tongs to collect the worms. They were so engaged and excited that they didn’t want to stop until they had collected them all! 😄

This fun, hands-on experience supported the children’s fine motor skills, problem-solving, cause and effect, concentration, dedication and persistence.

Learning through play makes every discovery even more exciting! 🌿🪱💚
