I’m ready for a change but it’s scary making a commitment to change my life.. what if I fail??

Good, failure is so helpful. It helps us learn what works and what needs adapting and that’s all.. it’s not our failure that ruins us, it’s our judgement of it.

It was only when I learnt how to navigate my fear and transform my limiting beliefs that I found the life I love.

If you feel stuck right now, it’s simply because fear has got the better of you… for now.

It’s ok, it happens to all of us, you just need to know how to navigate it and transform it.

I can help you with that. My 8 week results breakthrough program is designed to help you work through your limiting beliefs that are holding you back from taking an action towards your goals & dreams.

Every day in every way I choose step into and embrace the creater role. I create my life experience. I choose how I behave. I choose the thoughts that I allow to flourish. I choose how I respond to others. With this freedom to create my reality I vow to always use this power for good. I choose love, compassion, empowerment, evolution, and growth ✨

This doesn’t mean you don’t have fears. It’s a natural thing and everyone has fears because your brain wants to keep you in the realm of the known where it’s safe and comfortable for you. So being stronger than your fears means that even though you know that the fear will always be there, you decide to not let it stop you from achieving your goals. So start today by taking action. They don’t have to be perfect or big actions but just consistent actions ✨♥️
DM me if you agree and want to start working on your dreams today!

Do you struggle to Meditate? If yes, this is for you...

We know that meditation helps relieve stress, but many people find that when they’re stressed, they’re feeling too anxious to sit quietly.

Luckily that’s not a problem because there are many ways to meditate. You can sit with eyes closed, you can sit with eyes open (defocused), you can stand, you can even walk. Some distance athletes say that their sport becomes a form of meditation.

Meditation is simply a deeply focused awareness of your present moment experience to the exclusion of all else. If you’re in the pool swimming laps and losing track of everything other than your body powering through the water, it’s likely that for you this is a meditation. It’s just you and the water. If you’re running in a closed environment, such as a track or park, and you don’t have to watch out for running into cars or people, this too can become a meditative experience. It’s just you, your breath, your feet.

Daydreaming, contemplating, is not meditating. It’s thinking. Meditation happens when we get out of your head and into our body with single-minded focus.

So, find something you enjoy, like running, swimming, or just walking in nature to start meditating the way that works for you best ✨✨

We know the decisions that serve us best, and those of which do not. It is the denying of this intuition that leads us into uncomfortable, unsafe, and dark places. It is the trusting and acting upon this intuition that leads us to experience synchronicity and align with one truest self.
If you are feeling lost or not aligned with where you are, my 8 week results breakthrough program can assist you with getting started and achieving your goals. DM or click link in bio to book a free discovery call 📲
