Coronavirus Update
KPL's holiday workshops and day camps explore a wide range of topics in STEM and Literacy, ranging from Astronomy in Science to Poetry Writing in Literacy, there's something for every little curious mind out there! (click right for program details)
KPL's staffs are trained educators who are highly qualified in their subject areas with a passion for sharing their knowledge and experience with the children.
Our classes only have between 3 to 10 students each, to ensure no children are neglected. All programs are designed to maximise Year 1 - 6 students' engagement and interest in learning while acquiring new knowledge.

KPL offers classes for students from Year 1-6 in:
~ Coding and Robotics;
~ Experimental Science;
~ Practical Numeracy;
~ Literacy Comprehension;
~ Literacy Composition;
~ and Arithmetic.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about literature and are willing to share this passion with primary school age students in small classroom settings.

At the current stage, KPL provides:
+ Primary level STEM-based classes (Maths, Science and Coding and Robotic)
+ Primary literacy-based classes (English)
An ideal applicant for the position should be someone who:
+ is passionate about English and literacy;
+ has excellence spoken and written English skills;
+ has excellent disciplinary-based knowledge;
+ has excellent communication skills, both spoken and written;
+ has excellent problem-solving skills, can think on the spot;
+ is good with kids -- patient, have a positive vibe;
+ can work well in a team, willing to learn and listen to others;
+ has a current, up-to-date Working With Children Check, if not, is willing to attain one;
+ has a current, up-to-date First Aid certificate, if not, is willing to attain one;
+ is currently completing or has already completed their tertiary qualifications.
The position requires a minimum in-person working hour of 12hrs/week as well as personal working time for lesson planning.
The successful applicant is required to attend a paid training session before the commencement of work, which could happen as early as the 4th of March 2020.
