🎳✨😄 Ending Day 2 with some bowling fun! Our Year 6 students finished off their second day in Canberra with a fun night out at bowling! There were plenty of laughs, smiles and friendly competition as students enjoyed spending time together after another busy day.

A great way to wrap up Day 2! Our students are now looking forward to their final day in Canberra tomorrow. 💫

🏛️🇦🇺✨ What a way to wrap up Day 2! Our final stop for the day was Parliament House, where our students had the incredible opportunity to see Parliament in action during a session in the House of Representatives.

Students also enjoyed a special question time with Jerome Laxale, Member for Bennelong, where they had the chance to ask questions and learn more about his role and our Australian Parliament. A fantastic and memorable way to finish another busy day in Canberra! 💫

⚗️🔭🧪 Day 2 – First Stop: Questacon! Our students kicked off Day 2 with lots of fun and hands-on learning at Questacon! From exploring interactive exhibits to discovering the wonders of science and technology, there was plenty to see, do and experience.

After a busy morning of exploring, students enjoyed morning tea and a well-earned break in the park before heading off to their next adventure! A fantastic start to another exciting day in Canberra! 💫

🦕💙🛏 Day 1: First stop was the National Dinosaur museum, lunch at the National Capital park and then into the National exhibition centre to learn about Canberra. Down time in rooms, dinner, iplay and bed. It's been a great first day for our Year 6 students!. 💫

🧳✨️🚍 Up and off early ! Year 6 Canberra camp - everyone happy at the morning tea stop 🍪🍓🍩🍎on the road again. Stay tuned for more action packed adventures from our students and teachers. 💫

🌟📚💃 A Busy Week in Year 1! Our Year 1 students have had a fabulous week filled with lots of learning, movement and fun!

💃🕺 Students enjoyed learning new routines during their Zing Active dance class.

✏️ During persuasive writing, students shared their opinions on an important question — which makes the better pet: a fish or a guinea pig? 🐠🐹

🔤 Our students have been working hard during their morning spelling routine, building their confidence with new words.

➕ In Maths, students explored doubles and near doubles through engaging activities.

☀️ And of course, there was time for some outdoor fun with a game of Stuck in the Mud!

So much fun, learning and laughter happening in Year 1! 💙🌟

🏃‍♀️🏅👏 Conference 2 Athletics Championships! Congratulations to our brilliant students who competed at the Conference 2 Athletics Championships at the Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre!

Our students showed great sportsmanship, determination and enthusiasm throughout the day as they competed across a range of events.

We are so proud of the fantastic results achieved and, most importantly, the wonderful way our students represented St Charles! 💙

🏛️💙👏 Mayor for a Day! Two of our Year 6 student leaders had the wonderful opportunity to represent St Charles at the City of Ryde Council Mayor for a Day session.

Alongside Year 6 leaders from other local schools, our students had the chance to share their ideas and put forward motions about issues and improvements they would like to see within their local community.

The session, led by Mayor Trenton Brown, was a fantastic opportunity for our students to experience leadership, have their voices heard and learn more about how local government works.

We are very proud of our students for representing St Charles with confidence and enthusiasm! 💫
