🌈🎊✨️ Tomorrow is our last day of Term 3, and we’re finishing the term with a little extra colour and fun!

Students are invited to wear m***i, crazy socks and crazy hair for the day. Don’t forget to bring along a gold coin donation, with all funds going towards purchasing new sports equipment for our school.

We’re looking forward to a fun final day together as we wrap up a fantastic Term 3! 💫

👏🏃‍♂️🏅Well done to our wonderful Kindergarten and Year 1 students who took part in their Athletics Carnival this week! Our students enjoyed a range of fun activities, games and events throughout the day. It was great to see everyone getting involved, having a go and enjoying the experience with their friends.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success. A special shout-out to our Sports Teacher, Mr Leto, for all the time and effort he put into organising the carnival and creating such a fun day for our students. 💫

👏🎊💙 We are excited to share some fantastic results from the Zing Activ Dance Night! Our students achieved some wonderful placements across the evening, including:

A fantastic achievement and a great reflection of the effort and teamwork our students put into their performances.

A special thank you to our incredible dance teachers, Miss Prieto and Miss Gregorio, for the time, effort and dedication they put into preparing our students. Their many practice sessions and support helped our students feel confident and ready for the night.

💃⚽️🕺Last night, our Years 3–6 students took part in the Zing Activ Dance Night. Students performed two partner dances and did a wonderful job putting all their practice into action. It was great to see them enjoying the night together, supporting one another and dancing with confidence.

The night finished with everyone coming together for the Showdance, inspired by this year’s Soccer World Cup theme.

A great night filled with dancing, teamwork and lots of smiles. Well done to all of our students for their effort and commitment throughout the night! 💫

🌭💙⛪️Yesterday, our community came together for the Ryde Gladesville Parish Picnic at Putney Park. It was wonderful to see so many families enjoying a beautiful sunny day together, filled with smiles, connection and a great sense of community.

A big thank you to our wonderful P&F for helping out on the day and for all their hard work in making the picnic such a success. What a lovely way to come together and celebrate our parish and school community! 💫

🤝🌏🫶Yesterday, our students came together as a school community to celebrate History Week and Culture Week. Throughout the day, students had the opportunity to share their family histories, traditions and cultures with their classmates, learning more about the many backgrounds and stories that make up our wonderful school community.

We were also delighted to welcome families into our classrooms to join in the celebrations and see the fantastic learning and sharing taking place.

It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the rich diversity of cultures within our school and to learn from one another. Thank you to all our students, staff and families who helped make the celebration so special! 💫

🇦🇺📚💙 Our Year 4 students enjoyed a fantastic excursion to the La Perouse Museum, bringing their History unit to life and deepening their understanding of Australia’s early European history.

Students had the opportunity to get up close, hands-on and immersed in history as they explored the significant impact early explorers had on shaping our nation. They also stepped into the life of a convict, learning about the crimes, sentences and harsh realities faced during the beginnings of Australia’s penal colonies.

It was wonderful to see our students so engaged, curious and enthusiastic throughout the day. A successful excursion and a fantastic way for Year 4 to finish a great term of learning! 💫

🏐🌟💙 Our Stage 3 Netball Team proudly represented St Charles at the NSWCPS Championships in Penrith on Tuesday!

It was a huge day of high-level competition, challenging games and an incredible experience for our girls. The team stepped up, competed with determination and demonstrated fantastic teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the day. What an amazing achievement to reach this level of competition! We are incredibly proud of the way our girls represented St Charles.

A special thank you to Miss Miller for her hard work and dedication in coaching the team and for supporting and encouraging the girls throughout their journey 💫
