💛 R U OK? Day at LIHE 💛

At Lincoln Institute of Higher Education (LIHE), we believe that a simple conversation can make a meaningful difference.

As part of R U OK? Day, our LIHE community came together to raise awareness about mental health and remind everyone of the importance of checking in with the people around us.

Sometimes, asking just one simple question — “Are you OK?” — can open the door to an important conversation. 💬

We encourage our students, staff, and wider community to remember these four simple steps:

💛 Ask R U OK?
👂 Listen
🤝 Encourage action
🔄 Check in

Mental health matters, and supporting one another should happen not just on R U OK? Day, but any day.

A conversation could change a life. 💛
