🎤 🥰 Here’s the duet that our talented students Pelin and Marcello performed (This is Me from Disney’s CAMP ROCK) at Inner West Youth Orchestra’s Sydney Youth Cultural Exchange Music & Dance Festival on Saturday night! 🧧🇮🇳

🎭In our inclusive musical of Camp Rock last year, Pelin and Marcello both portrayed the leading roles of Mitchie and Shane so it was GREAT to hear them perform it together again! 🎉

🤩We were honoured to be asked to perform in the Sydney Youth Cultural Exchange Music & Dance Festival on Saturday night! Thanks Inner West Youth Orchestra and Musicáno Fusion for organising the event! 🙏🥰

🧧🇮🇳It was a spectacle of different cultures coming together to showcase their talent whilst singing, dancing and playing traditional instruments 🥁!

DUAL CELEBRATION 🥳 🎉 ! Enjoyed a night away in the Blue Mountains for my parents 60th wedding anniversary 💒 and my birthday 🎁 (not a big one - that’s next year!)

The best meal by far was at the 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒀𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘 𝑫𝒆𝒍𝒊 🌼 and such a fun, cosy venue with great service! 🤩

Teacher Audrey and I went to see the talented Melody perform last Saturday in a play exploring the hard-edged side of violence, war and the struggle to survive! Was very confronting and touching at the same time. Was directed by Nicole Madden and written by Debra Oswald, and performed at Henry Lawson Theatre.
