Congratulations to our Boys All Ability OzTag team who were named Conference 2 and 3 Champions this afternoon.

Congratulations Kyla (10 La Salle) who made her World Cup debut for Australia at the 2026 FIG Acrobatic Gymnastics World Cups in Burgas Bulgaria and Baku Azerbaijan recently.
After an outstanding international tour, Kayla and her team mates qualified for the finals, finishing an impressive 6th overall at the Baku World Cup.

Currently our Year 9 Food Technology students are studying the unit, Food in Australia and they travelled to the Botanical Gardens to learn more.
Students investigated and sampled a range of native bush foods while learning about the rich food traditions of First Nations Peoples. Through this experience, they gained an understanding of how diets and food practices evolved as early settlers introduced farming to Australia.
It was a valuable opportunity to connect classroom learning with Australia’s cultural and agricultural history.

Today our Year 12 Studies in Catholic Thought students visited St Mary's Cathedral's immersive Sistine Chapel experience.

Congratulations Isabella (12 Nagle) on your recent grand final win in the Super Netball Reserves Championships.

Yesterday, our First Nations students were invited by Kurranulla to participate in the Find Ya Feet Mental Health Awareness Day at The Jannali High School. Students engaged in a range of inspiring workshops facilitated by the Dhinawan Yarn and Find Ya Feet team, focusing on wellbeing, resilience and connection. A highlight of the day was the opportunity to meet Nicho Hynes, who shared his experiences and the importance of looking after mental health.

Year 12 Industrial Technology Timber students are required to complete a Major Work Project for their HSC. Yesterday we popped in to see how they were progressing.

Yesterday students attended Sydney Catholic Schools' Conference 3 Chess Gala Day at De La Salle Revesby. Although the students did not bring home the trophy they displayed excellent sportsmanship and skill.
Special thanks to Mrs Reyes and Mr Halpin for supporting the students on the day.

Last Wednesday 59 students attended the Sydney Catholic Schools Cross Country Championships at the Sydney Equestrian Centre.
The College performed exceptionally well on the day with 19 students progressing to the next level, representing Sydney Catholic Schools the NSWCCC Cross Country Championships at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre, Horsley Park on the 24th June.
All the students who competed contributed to Aquinas' overall achievements and we commend them on their commitment and sportsmanship at the Championship.
Special congratulations to our Intermediate and Senior Boys who were named Conference 3 Champions and our boys collectively, who were named Sydney Boys Overall Champions at the event.
