The Regis proposal is for a new education, sports and community precinct in the Hills Shire, at 127 Old Pitt Town Road, Gables. When complete, the School will be able to accommodate up to 2000 students in a contemporary, co-educational Kindergarten to Year 12 campus. The key objective of the proposal is to respond to growing demand for educational facilities in the North West Growth Area, and would be achieved through the delivery of a well-designed, high-quality teaching and learning environment. The School will support the growth of the Box Hill and Gables communities and will provide essential infrastructure to meet demands of the area’s growing population. The proposal will be carried out in an environmentally sustainable manner. The Regis Education, Sports & Community Precinct will provide flexible spaces and facilities that can be shared with the broader community as an innovative way to provide school infrastructure. Did you know that our sporting facilities will be available for use by other schools and the community when not being used by Regis students?

The amazing sporting facilities include:
- main oval
- 7 x outdoor tennis courts
- gymnasium with 4 indoor basketball courts, gymnastic studio, dance studio and associated amenities
- swim centre which includes a large heated swimming pool and a specialised learn to swim pool
- 5 x outdoor netball/basketball courts
- 8 x all-purpose playing fields/areas marked for junior sport.

The concept plan showed is what has been lodged as part of Regis’ preliminary application to the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment. Changes to the proposal are expected as further detailed studies and consultation with stakeholders is completed. Updated plans will be uploaded to this website as they become available.

Welcome Box Hill and Gables residents. We are pleased to say that the proposal for a new educational establishment, Regis Grammar, has been submitted to the DPIE.

The proposed school reflects the need for additional education infrastructure and alternative schooling options in this fast growing and soon to be populous location.

Regis Grammar will provide contemporary facilities for students and envisages shared use by the local community and private sector.
