🐥 Our toddler room enjoyed a very special visit from baby chicks!
The children were excited and curious to see the chicks up close. They gently fed the chicks, shared lots of smiles, and some children even imitated the chicks by saying “chi chi,” adding to the fun and engagement.
Educators extended learning by talking about different parts of a chicken’s body, helping build children’s vocabulary and understanding.
A lovely hands-on experience filled with curiosity, joy, and learning! 🐣

What a busy and exciting week at our centre! 🚦
The children enjoyed a soccer incursion, where they learned about healthy eating and how breakfast gives our bodies energy. They warmed up with stretches, jumps, and balance activities, then practised kicking skills through fun target games. The children showed great enthusiasm, coordination, and teamwork throughout the session .
In our Happy Feet dance experience, children explored road safety through music and movement. They learned traffic light signals—red means stop, green means go, yellow means slow down 🚦. The children loved pretending to be drivers while following directions, dancing, and moving with confidence and joy.
Both experiences supported gross motor skills, listening, coordination, and social development through fun, active learning .
