What a wonderful afternoon celebrating our amazing dads and father figures at our Father’s Day Afternoon Tea! 🎉👨‍👧‍👦

Our families enjoyed lots of fun, games, laughter and special moments together. It was beautiful to see our children proudly sharing this special celebration with their loved ones. 🥰

🧚‍♀️🦷✨ A Magical Tooth Fairy Visit & Dental Check at Golden Seeds! ✨🦷🧚‍♀️

Our little learners had a wonderful time during our interactive Tooth Fairy Show! 🥰🪥 Through fun and hands-on activities, the children explored the importance of looking after their teeth and keeping their smiles healthy.

🍎🥛 We learnt about “good foods” that help strengthen our teeth, including crunchy vegetables and calcium-rich dairy foods, and discussed how too many sticky sweets and sugary or acidic drinks can affect our teeth.

🪥✨ The children also had the opportunity to practise proper toothbrushing techniques, developing their fine motor skills, coordination and independence while having lots of fun!

The learning continued with a special dental check-up for the children who had signed up. 🦷💛 This real-life experience helped the children feel more confident and comfortable with dental visits while reinforcing the healthy habits they had learnt during the Tooth Fairy Show.

It was a fantastic day of learning, exploring and caring for our smiles! 🌟😁 We are so proud of our little ones for being such brave and enthusiastic learners!

📚✨ A Special Book Week Visit! 🐦

Today was a very special day at Golden Seeds Early Learning Centre as we welcomed author Steven HK Ma for an exciting Book Week visit! 📖💛

Our children were delighted to meet Steven and listen to his wonderful book, Birds and Yua Cha. 🐦✨ They listened carefully, shared their curiosity and became completely immersed in the story.

Meeting a real author and experiencing a story being brought to life was a wonderful opportunity for our children to discover the joy of reading, imagination and storytelling. 💕📚

A huge thank you to Steven for making our Book Week celebration so memorable, and for kindly donating books to our centre so our children can continue to enjoy and explore wonderful stories! 📚💛 Your generosity will help inspire many more little readers. 🌟

🌟🎨 All About Me – Life-Size Self-Portraits! 🎨🌟

As part of our “All About Me” project, our preschoolers had lots of fun creating their very own life-size self-portraits! 🧑‍🎨💕

The children lay down on large sheets of paper while educators carefully traced around their bodies. They then added facial features, hair, clothes, shoes and other details to represent themselves and show what makes them unique. ✨

The children also carefully cut around their portraits, strengthening their fine motor skills, scissor skills, hand-eye coordination and body awareness. ✂️🖐️

It was wonderful to see the children proudly recognising and celebrating their own identity while sharing ideas about what makes each of us special and unique! 🌈💕

🦷✨ Dental Week at Golden Seeds! ✨🦷

Our children had a fantastic Dental Week at Golden Seeds, learning all about how to keep our teeth healthy and strong! 🌟

Through engaging group discussions, we talked about why looking after our teeth is important and explored healthy eating habits that support good oral health. 🍎🥕🥛

The children then put their learning into practice with hands-on experiences! Using a teeth model, they practised the correct toothbrushing technique and explored tooth-print activities to strengthen their understanding of caring for their smiles. 🪥😁

It was a fun and meaningful week filled with learning, exploration and lots of happy smiles! 💕🦷

And the learning continues! As a follow-up to our Dental Week experiences, we are excited to welcome a Tooth Fairy Show & Childsmile Dental Check-up on 26th August. 🧚‍♀️🦷✨ This engaging experience will give children further opportunities to learn about oral health, dental care and the importance of looking after their teeth in a fun and child-friendly way.

What an exciting, colourful and action-packed Science Week we’ve had! 🎉 Our little scientists were busy exploring, experimenting, predicting and discovering all week long! 👩‍🔬👨‍🔬🧪

From float & sink experiments 💦, colour exploration 🌈, magnet investigations 🧲 and measure & investigation stations 📏, to our exciting volcano experiment! 🌋💥

There were plenty of WOW moments, big smiles, curious questions and happy discoveries throughout the week! 💛✨

Science is so much fun when we can touch it, try it, test it and explore it together! 🔍🧪🌟

🎉 Here’s to our amazing little scientists and their BIG discoveries!

🍦✨ Welcome to Our Toddler Ice Cream Shop! ✨🍦

Our pop-up Toddler Ice Cream Shop was officially open, and our little entrepreneurs were so excited to get started! 👩‍🍳🍨👨‍🍳

The children took turns being customers and shop assistants, choosing their favourite ice cream flavours, deciding between a cup or cone, carefully scooping their orders, and completing their transactions using play money. 💰🍦

Through this fun dramatic play experience, the children developed their communication, turn-taking, social skills, confidence and imagination while learning to cooperate and interact with their friends. Most importantly, they had so much fun bringing their ice cream shop to life! 🥰🍨
