Athletics Notice:
As Harold Corr is an all weather facility our zone carnival will go ahead as planned this Wednesday. Please ensure your child brings wet weather gear as required and be prepared for heavy traffic around the area in the morning.

Please refer to updates from this page and directly from your school sports coordinator regarding any changes.

🧠 Jordan Springs P&C Trivia Night is coming up!

This one’s for the grown-ups. Gather your friends, fellow parents, neighbours or family and join us for a great night of trivia, laughs, games, prizes and a silent auction, all while supporting our school community.

🍿 Bring your own snacks and favourite drinks and make a night of it.

The event is designed as a kid-free night out for parents, carers and friends. We know care arrangements aren’t always easy though, so if childcare is the only thing stopping you from coming, please reach out to the P&C. We’d hate for you to miss out.

🎉🌟🦘We are excited to invite you to our Book Parade on Wednesday, 26th August at 9:30am! Students are encouraged to dress up as their favourite book character for the event. Please remember to bring your own chair for seating. More info to come regarding grade order etc. We hope you can make it! 🎉🌟🦘

Performance Recorder Rehearsal Reminder
Dear Performance Recorder Families,

This is a friendly reminder that our Performance Recorder preliminary rehearsal is taking place tomorrow:

Date: Wednesday, 12 August 2026

Venue: Oxley Park Public School

Bus Travel and Meeting Point
A bus has been organised to transport students to and from the rehearsal.
Students will meet in Miss Malone’s room at 8:25am sharp before boarding the bus. Please ensure your child arrives at school before 8:25am so they are ready to meet in Miss Malone’s room and do not miss the bus.
Students will return to school in time for hometime.

What to Wear
Students are required to wear their full school uniform, including their school hat.

What to Bring
Students may bring a small bag or their normal school backpack containing:
• Recorder
• Sheet music
• Crunch & Sip, recess and lunch
• Water bottle
• School hat
Thank you for helping our students arrive on time, prepared and ready for a wonderful rehearsal experience. We look forward to a fantastic day of making music!

Welcome to Term 3, Week 4 😊

🌟 Thank you to all the families who joined us for our Public Education Week Open Day and Family Picnic last week. It was wonderful to see so many of you there!

🌟 Our next P&C meeting is onsite Monday 10 August at 2pm. All parents and community members are warmly invited.

🌟 Best wishes to our S2 and S3 Dance Groups and Choir as they perform at Limelight on Wednesday (day rehearsal and evening).

🌟 Our Recorder Ensemble will also be rehearsing on Wednesday as they prepare for their Sydney Opera House Festival of Instrumental Music performance later this term.
