If you are a teacher at a high school in NSW, keep reading 👀

We have created and successfully run an educational session for high school students that can be run as an incursion at a really affordable fee. The students will learn invaluable skills around caring for a young child, common illnesses and injuries in this age group and what to do in emergencies. We also cover basic first aid skills such as CPR. This is a non accredited course, however there is many hands on practical components. This incursion is ideal for students studying PDHPE, CAFS and Society and Culture.

When your baby is choking, every second matters. ❤️

Choking is one of those emergencies no parent ever wants to face — but knowing exactly what to do can make all the difference.

Learning choking first aid gives you the confidence to act quickly, calmly and safely when your little one needs you most. From recognising a complete airway blockage to knowing the correct back blows, chest thrusts and when to start CPR, these are skills every parent should have.

Anytime your child is unwell, you need to check to see if the rash BLANCHES (fades/changes in appearance when pressure is applied) and it takes only a few seconds. If the rash does not change or fade when pressure is applied, this is a non blanching rash and can be a sign of a serious illness 🚨

This is so surreal for us. What started with two mums and best friends navigating motherhood together for the first time and giving this little dream we had created together a crack during our first maternity leave and now we are here.
