And just like that… the Australian leg of our World Tour is done. ✈️

Brisbane → Sydney → Melbourne.

Three cities.
A lot of conversations.
Plenty of laughs, hugs and reconnections.
And more than a few moments that made me stop and think about how much life has changed.

Now I’m sitting at Melbourne Airport, laptop open, waiting for my flight home… and feeling incredibly grateful.

Not just for the events themselves, but for the people.

Four years ago, when I stepped away from my corporate career and into something completely different, I had no idea where that decision would take me.

I certainly didn’t imagine travelling around Australia attending events for a business I could run from my laptop… surrounded by people who have become genuine friends.

This week has also reminded me of something important.

Sometimes we get so caught up in the day-to-day that we forget to look up and recognise how far we’ve come.

I’ve had time this week to reconnect, learn, reflect and think much bigger about where I’m heading next.

And I’m going home with a very full heart… and an even bigger vision. ❤️

The World Tour may be wrapping up, but for me, it feels much more like the beginning of the next chapter.

Now… time to get home. 🏡✈️

Sydney, you were good for the soul. ❤️

This leg of the World Tour was about so much more than an event.

Yes, the room was incredible. The energy, the conversations, the stories, the ideas… but more than anything, it reminded me again that this business really is about the people.

After four years, some of these faces have become so familiar. We’ve travelled together, learned together, celebrated wins, navigated challenges and watched each other grow.

There’s something special about stepping away from Zoom and actually being in the same room again. Catching up properly. Having the conversations that happen over coffee, dinner or in the few minutes between sessions.

Those relationships are a huge part of why I love what I do.

But Sydney gave me something else too.

Because I have the flexibility to build my business around my life, I was also able to make time to visit a dear old neighbour who is now living in a nursing home.

To sit with him, talk, reminisce and simply spend some quality time together.

That mattered.

And then there were the quieter moments.

Walking by myself through Barangaroo and Darling Harbour, taking in beautiful Sydney, thinking about the last few years and writing down some new goals for where I want to take my business next.

Sometimes getting away from your normal environment gives you the space to think bigger.

And I realised I’m ready for that next level.

Now I’ve arrived in Melbourne, and tomorrow we do it all again. ✈️

Another room.
More conversations.
More familiar faces.
And some new ones too, with guests joining me to explore what we do.

I’m heading into this next event feeling incredibly grateful for what I’ve built so far…

but even more excited about where I’m taking it next.

Brisbane, you were incredible. ✨

Such a great few days filled with connection, conversations, laughter and some very special moments with people I’m lucky enough to share this journey with.

And now… ✈️ Sydney bound!

Sitting at the airport reflecting on Brisbane and feeling incredibly grateful that this is what a “business trip” looks like these days.

Next stop: Sydney, with our World Tour event happening tonight! 🙌

Different city. More incredible people. More conversations.

Let’s go Sydney! ❤️

As a healthcare leader...
Here's exactly what I'd do if I was feeling burnt out but wasn't ready to retire.

First, I'd remind myself that feeling burnt out doesn't mean I've failed.

It doesn't mean I've stopped caring.

And it certainly doesn't mean it's time to walk away from everything I've worked so hard to build.

After more than two decades in healthcare, I reached a point where I realised I wasn't looking for an escape.

I was looking for another way.
Another way to use my experience.
Another way to make a difference.
Another way to create more balance without losing my sense of purpose.

If I could go back and give myself advice, it would be this:
✨ Don't make decisions from exhaustion.
✨ Don't assume your only options are to keep pushing through or wait for retirement.
✨ Be curious enough to explore what's possible before you decide what's impossible.

Your years of leadership...
Your ability to coach, mentor and solve problems...
Your resilience...

Those things don't lose their value because you're ready for a change.

In fact, they may become your greatest asset.

Looking back, I'm so grateful I gave myself permission to explore a different path instead of accepting that burnout was simply "part of the job."

Today, I still get to help people.
I still get to lead.
I still get to make a difference.
I just do it in a way that gives me more freedom, more flexibility and more time for the things that matter most.

💙 If you're quietly wondering what your next chapter could look like, maybe it starts with asking yourself one simple question...

"What if there was another way?"

It's funny how differently business trips feel these days...
Next Friday I'll pack my suitcase and head off to Brisbane, before making my way to Sydney and Melbourne.

Years ago, business travel looked very different.
Airports.
Hotels.
Conference rooms.
Tight schedules.
Flying in... doing the work... flying home.

I enjoyed many parts of my corporate career, and I'm incredibly grateful for everything it taught me.

But these days, what excites me most isn't the destination...

It's the people waiting there.

I get to spend time with individuals who are curious, open-minded and asking bigger questions about what's possible for their future.

People who value growth.

People who believe work should support life, not consume it.

And perhaps my favourite part...

I don't arrive as an employee representing a company anymore.

I arrive as me.
Building relationships.
Sharing ideas.
Learning from others.
Catching up with people I've met from all over the world and welcoming those attending for the very first time.

It's a very different feeling.
One I'm incredibly grateful for.

If you're joining us in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, I'd genuinely love to meet you.
And if you've been wondering whether this community might be worth exploring...
Maybe this is your sign.

Sometimes all it takes is one conversation.
Not because someone convinces you...

But because something you've been feeling for a long time finally starts to make sense.

Over the past few weeks I've been sharing snippets from our World Tour around the globe, and now it's our turn here in Australia and NZ.

I'll be attending the Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne events personally, and I'd genuinely love to meet some of you there.

If you've been quietly following my journey...

If you've ever wondered what it is I actually do...

If you've reached a point where you're thinking,

"There has to be another way to build life and work..."

then I'd love to invite you as my guest.

This isn't a high-pressure seminar.
There are no awkward sales tactics.
Just real people...
sharing real stories...
having honest conversations about creating more freedom, flexibility and purpose.

The garden reminded me of something today. 🌱
This morning I picked broccoli, beetroot, kale, herbs, lettuce and more... and as I stood there looking at everything we'd grown, I realised none of it happened overnight.

It came from showing up.

A little water.
Pulling a few weeds.
Checking on things.
Trusting the process even on the days when it looked like nothing much was happening.

Building a business isn't all that different.

Most people only ever see the harvest.

They don't see the quiet consistency that came before it.
The conversations.
The learning.
The small actions repeated day after day.
The patience to keep going before the results are visible.

But there's another lesson my veggie garden keeps teaching me...

Balance matters.

As much as I love what I do, I also know I need something that grounds me outside of work.
For me, that's being in the garden.
No phone.
No meetings.
Just fresh air, dirt under my fingernails, and the simple satisfaction of growing something with my own hands.

Ironically, stepping away from the business is often what helps me show up better in it.

Success isn't just about building something that produces an income.
It's about building a life where there's room for the things that fill your cup too.

What's the thing outside of work that helps you reset? 🌿

Four years ago I walked away from a corporate career I'd spent over two decades building.
Not because I failed at it.
Because I stopped resonating with it.

I wanted a new purpose. The freedom to work on my own terms. And the ability to connect with people from all walks of life right across the globe.

What I found in the online business space surprised even me.

And now... we're taking it off the screen.
Our World Tour is happening right now and we're coming to a city near you.
