Ohhh Heyyyy There!

It was time to do a reintroduction.

The type that explains why I’m here, what I’m here for and what you can get from me.

I’ve been 🙈 shy, hiding and avoiding.

The limiting belief of “not being worthy” was playing out and well that s**t has been laid to rest and here I am! Standing for that I want to see in the world.

~ I strongly want to see more people doing what they love, loving who they are, and enjoying every damn day of life ~

🤯🤯STRESS 🤯🤯

It is so commonly looked at as a NEGATIVE.

A lot of the time stress is associated with feelings of:
😣Overwhelm - Too much stimulation, feelings, thoughts with minimal action
😣Anxiety - Social, Past Trauma, OCD,
😣Pressures - work, family, major life changes

However the body experiences stress also when;
🏋🏻‍♀️ Exercising
🤒 Sickness
🙇🏼‍♀️ Negative thinking patterns
🫁 Insufficient breathing behaviours

(The above are a broad range of examples of stress factors and not inclusive of all forms)

In the past, I would relate my emotions, circumstances and experiences that weren’t so positive to “being stressed”; living in the uneducated mind I would say - things like “omg Ive had so much stress lately” and join the societal bandwagon with how stress is communicated.

Now I’ve learnt sooo much! Stress is JUST A STIMULATION experienced in the body.

And when we experience or consume too much or too little of something; our body begins to send signals that imbalances are arising.

These balances are things we refer to as symptoms of XYZ - headaches, body aches, pain, and in chronic circumstances illness and long term disease can occur.

While, I Coach my clients to bring life into a holistic balance of all things (particularly stress management), I can say that it something that I don’t always hold 100% integrity to.

You see we all handle STRESS differently, and we also handle different kinds of stress in many different ways.

In the last year or 2, I haven’t held integrity in my own Stress management processes.

I’ve dipped and dabbed in all the things with inconsistent habits.

My reflections were that I wasn’t focusing on myself - the weekly demands and responsibilities had become the focus points and in no time at all - I was feeling all the affects of not caring for ME.

Well yes and no - you see, self accountability takes consistent practice, devotion and focus.

In rough times - it is the pinnacle habits that fall away.
It is here our integrity can be challenged.

So ask - where are you out of integrity?

Being permanently happy is unattainable - the human experience has all the emotions - happiness is one of them. Sadness, Fear, Contentment, Satisfaction, Love, Pride Annoyance.

Having the ability to understand outlet emotions; brining self awareness and consciousness to all the emotions allows us to experience them all - and rather suppress and can express and experience the “happiness” emotion on a whole new level.

FACT :
A large % of the dying regret not having the courage to live a life true to themselves, instead of the life others expected of them and a lot also wish they allowed them selves to be happier.

I am for it all - here to create a life I can look back on and say - I did it all to the best of my ability, I evolved and became the better version of myself throughout all the things life threw at me - the good, the bad and the ugly. I strive to overcome the set backs and accomplish what I set out to achieve.

DIS-CONNECTION

Although we live in our bodies 24/7 - do you really live in your body?

We are not just living beings .. we are here for so much more than just “being”

We are here to feel, hear, smell, taste and see all the wonderful things life has to offer.

Our actions and patterns we consistently engage in can shape our experiences and outcomes in life. (Noting that it is important to consider a wider perspective of other factors)

Habits are essentially behavioral patterns that we develop over time through repetition. When we repeatedly engage in certain actions or behaviors, they become ingrained in our daily routines and have a profound impact on our lives. For example, if you develop a habit of exercising regularly, it can lead to improved physical fitness, better health, and increased energy levels. Similarly, if you develop a habit of consistently studying and learning, it can enhance your knowledge and intellectual abilities.

The stronger the purpose for our habits and the WHY behind why we do things… the stronger the consistency is behind the habits, behaviours and patterns.

It is important to acknowledge the external circumstances, random events, personal choices, and individual experiences that arise - as it is within these deterrents that the positive habits can slip away.

Being aligned to your goals is the key to fast tracking the way you “get back on the band wagon” - if your needing some perspective, a review of your goals and core values and needing to connect the dots in between - using a Coach as be the fastest way to achieve such a result.

In any circumstance - if we are desiring a different result, CHANGE is required.

In order for CHANGE to be effective, long lasting, a positive result; take a moment to check through the tips to getting you on the right path and kicking the goals your wanting to achieve;

I wish to remind you that you are in control of you, your environment, your decisions, actions and behaviours!

🫵🏻Studies show that 95% of our brains activity come from how we are feeling - leaving 5% of your decision making goes towards conscious action.

🫵🏻Our unconscious mind controls the habits and patterns of our behaviours, automatic body functions, creativity, emotions, beliefs and values, cognitive biases and long term memory.

🤜🏻 In order to “change” and gain the results we desire, we must start with rewiring the unconscious mind. Affirmations, focus points aligned to your goals, reworking your environments, self talk, visualisation… are all key steps to aligning your unconscious mind. This will assist in reworking the habits and patterns that play out each day - playing a vital role in your achieving your goals
