Our CSDA Debating and Public Speaking season came to a close on Friday night, with our final team bowing out during the elimination round at OLMC. This year, we introduced an exciting new element to Champagnat Day by strengthening its connection to our House system. A House competition was added, with points awarded not only for participation in activities but also for overall attendance. Houses earned points for placing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each event, bringing a fresh sense of teamwork and friendly rivalry to the day.
Congratulations to our inaugural Champagnat Day Cup winners β€” MALONEY. πŸ‘

Creative magic in the art room this week. Our Year 10 Visual Art students mentored the enthusiastic Year 3s from St Kevin’s as they added the final touches to their Picasso inspired ceramic faces. Think bright colours, big laughs and wonderfully wonky masterpieces. Pure joy. πŸŽ¨πŸ˜„
