We’ll explore how the respiratory system, larynx, vocal folds, muscles, registers and vocal tract work together — plus how to better understand and protect vocal health.

Technique • Coordination • Application
This is where we turn knowledge into sound. You’ll have the opportunity to sing, experiment with different vocal coordinations, ask questions and receive live feedback as we explore how anatomy translates into practical technique.

✨ A very special full-circle moment at Rise ✨
For the past year, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of teaching the beautiful Žaža online from Port Macquarie — watching her voice, confidence and artistry continue to grow with every lesson.
Now, an incredible new chapter awaits. 🇨🇦❤️
Žaža has been accepted into a scholarship in Canada, making this final in-person session together at the Rise studio an incredibly special one before she heads off on her next adventure.
Žaža, as your singing teacher, I am so proud of everything you have achieved. Your talent is special, but what excites me most is seeing where your dedication, courage and willingness to keep learning will take you. Opportunities like this are the beginning of something much bigger, and I hope you continue to back yourself, stay curious and never stop sharing your voice with the world.
And thankfully, this isn’t goodbye! 🥹🌎🎶

This day, Ayvah took on the challenge of flageolet. It’s a vocal technique that’s definitely not for the faint-hearted, demanding incredible coordination, patience, and trust in the process.

Every attempt brought her a little closer. Every repetition built confidence. Every note moved her one step nearer to mastery.
