Another Great day out Riding Club yesterday with the girls from BEC up at the crack of dawn to plait the ponies and venture out for the Combined Training. A super effort by all with Emma and Allora stepping up to the 80cm class.. A big challenge and beautifully accepted with Emma and Kingsley bringing home 3rd Place!
Willow and Whitney on Harold and Jezzy did 2 very pretty tests and lovely clear rounds for 3rd and 5th respectively..
Mads and Snoopy conquered their fears to get round the raised poles and complete their test for 4th..
Giselle didn’t end up competing but it was great to have her there as part of the team and helping with the other girls..
Very proud of the whole crew - and our parent cheer squad- their horsemanship and their support of each other is great to see

Loads of rugs for sale - been in storage! some barely used… pm me to come have a look.. all sizes.. fleeces, cottons, fly sheets, rain sheets etc. also a million saddle pads.. and quite a few older style saddles. pm me if u would like to come and look..

Super job by Emma and Kingsley today stepping up to 75cm.. not a rail all day! Great job for 3rd and 4th.. so good to see the confidence growing in this super partnership 😍😍

So great today at NRC.. there is something truly amazing about transitioning a horse from racing life to Equestrian/ whichever discipline! Today Obelius aka Billy.. and the wonderful Allora.. made their debut in the jumping arena.. Dale and I raced Billy for the last 3 yesrs… bought off an auction for $1000.. he won us 7 races, and was always a handful.. we never dreamed he would one day hang up his racing shoes and declare himself a happy 17hh teenagers horse.. he literally decided it for himself one day.. We are so grateful to Allora and fam for taking on the challenge- Allora’s patience and dedication are beautiful to watch..we love seeing him every day with his pet human- and have no doubt they will go up the grades in stunning fashion! more pics to follow! very proud that they only had one rail over the day for a 4th and 6th in their classes!
