🏆HPGE Challenge Cup🎢

Yesterday, Ogie, Abel, Bella, and Christina attended the HPGE Challenge Cup at Elderslie High School alongside students from other local schools. They completed some challenging maths brain busters before collaborating with students from different schools to design and make a rollercoaster ride.

It was such a great opportunity to work together, learn new skills, and have fun with friends from the community.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated for our recent Razorback Athletics Carnival canteen. Due to an admin error, we were only given 5 days' notice to gather all the supplies needed to run such a big event. As a small school, we relied heavily on our wonderful families and community to make this happen.

Special thanks to our P&C and the parents who helped pick up supplies and run the canteen on the day of the event – your support was invaluable.

Thanks to your generous support, the event was a great success, and we raised valuable funds that will go towards purchasing new equipment for our school. We truly appreciate your kindness and involvement – we couldn’t have done it without you!

These dedicated problem solvers and solution finders work tirelessly behind the scenes, ensuring our school runs smoothly and supports every student, staff member and family. The teachers and I are truly grateful for their professionalism, patience, and unwavering commitment. Your hard work makes a real difference to our entire school community. ⛺ Wedderburn Camp 2026 ⛺

Years 5 and 6 had an amazing time at Wedderburn Christian Campsite, enjoying 2 nights and 3 days filled with adventure and fun! Activities included flying fox, high ropes swing, rock climbing, gaga ball, bushwalks, and cosy nights around the campfire. 🔥

We were delighted to share this experience with our friends from Douglas Park Public School and Mount Hunter Public School Parents & Citizens Association .

It was wonderful to create such fun memories together.

Today we celebrated our Book Week Parade with this year’s theme, "Symphony of Stories." The students were incredibly creative with their costumes – truly the best we’ve seen! Awards were given in categories including Best Homemade/Upcycled, Funniest, Most Creative, and Most Recognisable. Winners received certificates and vouchers to spend at the Book Fair.
Afterwards, everyone enjoyed a lovely picnic morning tea with friends and family. What a wonderful day celebrating our love of reading. 📚✨
