Ngununggula Art Excursion🎨
Our students in Years 3-6 recently enjoyed an inspiring excursion to the Ngununggula Art Gallery, located in the beautiful Southern Highlands. During their visit, they had the opportunity to view a diverse range of contemporary and traditional artworks, immersing themselves in the rich stories and creative expressions on display.
As part of their gallery experience, students participated in hands-on workshops guided by experienced artists and educators. They explored different artistic techniques and materials, learning how artists bring their visions to life. Each student was encouraged to create their own artwork, resulting in a wonderful variety of unique and imaginative pieces.
Excursions like this help our students develop an appreciation for art and culture, spark their creativity, and build confidence in their own abilities. We are so proud to see their creativity come alive and look forward to showcasing some of their masterpieces within our school community.

🌿Enviromentors - In the Bin🗑️
We recently had a visit from the team at Keep Australia Beautiful, who presented the “Enviromentors – In the Bin” incursion. This fantastic hands-on incursion got our students actively involved as they learned about what items go in which bins and how we can all contribute to reducing waste.
A big thank you to Keep Australia Beautiful for inspiring our students to make a positive difference.

✨ Yesterday afternoon, we hosted our very first Fathering Project event: Paper Planes and Pizzas. ✈️🍕
Fathers joined their children to craft paper planes and then competed in a fun flying competition. After the excitement, everyone enjoyed some delicious pizza together.
The Fathering Project is committed to enhancing children's physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing by promoting positive, engaged fatherhood. It focuses on fostering a collaborative family environment where both fathers and mothers are recognised and supported as equal partners in parenting.
Their mission? To educate, connect, and mobilise fathers, father figures, and families to build brighter futures for children.
Thank you to all the dads and kids who made this event so special — we look forward to many more! 💙
