R U OK? Day is a cause that is very close to the heart of the Reid the Music family. We believe that every student and teacher deserves to feel supported, valued and heard.

Today is a reminder that it's okay to not be okay. By checking in with the people around us, listening without judgement, and taking the time to have meaningful conversations, we can help create a community where nobody feels alone or judged.

This R U OK? Day, we encourage our entire RTM community to reach out, start a conversation, and remind someone that support is always available. Sometimes the smallest question can have the biggest impact. 💛
