🎉 CHRISTIAN INNOVATOR OF THE YEAR | FINALIST 🎉
Tomorrow night, Cassandra Jensen, Founder of Unity Studios, will attend the 2026 Australian Christian Business Awards as a Finalist for Christian Innovator of the Year. 🏆
This is the second consecutive year Cassandra has been recognised as a finalist in this category & we couldn't be more proud to see the innovative work happening through Unity Studios recognised in this way.
While Cassandra's name is on the finalist award, we know this recognition represents something much bigger than one person.
It reflects the whole Unity Studios team and the forward thinking, creativity, collaboration & deliberate care that goes into the way we support the people we work with.
So, what makes the work at Unity Studios innovative?
We don't simply ask, “How can we deliver support?”
We ask, “What could education, mentoring, inclusion & community look like if we were willing to think differently?”
Our delivery model is built around people rather than labels.
Our mentors don't simply deliver a program. They walk alongside people.
Our goal isn't simply for people to receive support. We want people to discover their strengths, develop their gifts, contribute to their community & recognise that they have something valuable to bring.
This takes out-of-the-box thinking, problem solving, collaboration and a whole lot of care from our team.
We believe every person has inherent worth, unique gifts, the capacity to contribute & we weren't designed to do life alone but in community with one another.
That belief shapes the way we see people, the way we lead, the way we solve problems & the way we build community.
Sometimes, genuine inclusion means having the courage to rethink the system itself.
We are incredibly proud of Cassandra & equally proud of the team who continue to bring curiosity, creativity, expertise, compassion and a willingness to think differently into Unity Studios every day.
Whatever tomorrow night brings, we are genuinely grateful for the recognition & the opportunity to have the work we are doing at Unity Studios considered alongside such an inspiring group of Christian businesses and leaders.
