I love food and community and creating opportunities to bring the two together.

A first bake in our new kitchen!

Starting this next chapter with a lemon curd tart—simple, joyful, and made with love. After all the planning, it feels so good to finally be here.

Huge thank you to Jake from for bringing this space to life ✨

Tried a recipe tonight from Nat Thaipun’s debut cookbook Thai.

I followed her journey on MasterChef Australia and was so happy to see her win. This pork salad is everything I love about Thai food — and super quick to make.

This year I’ve decided to finally tackle recipes that have been sitting on my ever-growing “one day” wishlist.
This almond & apricot biscotti is one of them.

For years I’d talked myself out of making biscotti because of the double bake — it sounded fiddly and time-consuming. Turns out I was completely wrong. They’re surprisingly simple and so good when baked fresh. I’m so pleased and already excited to experiment with different flavours.

Is there something you’ve been wanting to make but keep putting off because it feels too hard? I’d love to know.

Celebrating the last weekend of summer holidays with a lemon drizzle cake from Recipes to Remember by Jock Zonfrillo.

I first discovered Jock on MasterChef Australia. His passion for food was undeniable, but what resonated most was the way he connected with and encouraged the contestants. His passing left a real void — not just on the show, but across the food industry.

This book, lovingly completed by his family, is a collection of meals they shared together. Baking from it felt like a small way to honour his legacy and to savour these final days of summer with my own family.

A Scottish-inspired Christmas 🎄
I first discovered the Dundee cake years ago while flicking through recipe clippings I’d saved decades earlier. Little did I know that one day I’d be sharing this piece of heritage through my husband and our family.

With its classic circle of almonds on top and orange flavour from marmalade, the Dundee cake is a Scottish classic.

Here’s to celebrating Christmas with the people we love — whether connected by blood or simply by heart.

A jiu-jitsu themed birthday party for J who turns 5 this week. He discovered ju-jitsu recently and was keen to have his party at with all his friends. The SJJA team did a brilliant job in hosting an amazing party.

For this cake I combined my cake decorating skills with AI to design the edible image on top. If you’d like to know more, send me a DM.

Seven already. 💕 Watching her step into her independence has been the sweetest gift. This year she decorated her own birthday cake — all her ideas and creativity. 🎂

Every September I bake a storm to support my fundraising efforts for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance through . This year I added some healthy homemade granola to the mix.

So far I’ve raised $891 and would love to reach the $1,000 mark. If you’re able to support, I’d be deeply grateful.
