Fckk living a boring life ❌ ( and if this post triggers you, you are welcome. Means you can change too if you choose 🤟)

I studied accounting for 11 years

I used to work a 9 to 5 in finance 💻

I used to think that I was “successful “ (coz I was told by society to get a degree and get a good J.O.b)

Until I found myself totally miserable, anxious, lost, taking 💊 to regulate my nervous system

Lost in parties, drinking 🍺, smoking, surrounded by not the people I wanted

I didn’t know how to change my life

So I was suppressing my feelings ( it was all too much to deal with, I didn’t know how to cope )

In 2016 I broke down in tears while driving one day, I had to pull over

I decided: something needed to change

I needed to change my life otherwise I don’t know what else could happened

So I took a leap of faith

I wasn’t sure if that was the path but I had to change something

Coz nothing change if nothing changes 👈

So I invested into a coaching program / invested in moi

That course CHANGED my freaking life.

I learnt SO effing MUCH about myself and the life I really wanted

Within 5 months I went from totally miserable, hating life, hating work, toxic relationships, anxious, drinking, partying ..

To taking charge of my life, healthy, happy, excited, hopeful, exercising, empowered

I gained so much clarity and awareness and I finally felt I was on the driver seat of my life again.

I never stopped learning from successful people since. (I actually started my self growth journey back in 2012 or so)

It’s been a WILD ride to here I am telling ya

A lot of sacrifices, blood, sweat and tears 👍🏼

My life now is my dream life of 5 years ago

I went for a swim at 10am today coz I can 👍🏼

No boss or work to tell me what I can or can’t do

I am building my life on my terms 🤙

I do what I want , when I want, with who I want ✌️

I sleep in any day I want ⏰

I became really F good in breaking through the limitations in the mind

In alchemizing pain into power, purpose and pleasure 💦

In manifesting my wants and desires so easily

I help my clients also gain clarity on a life on their terms too

And then, I help them release the past, get into alignment and manifest s**t fast

Not from force or push or hassle 🙅🏻‍♀️

But from ease, flow and feeling good

It’s a game changer

Coz I believe life is meant to feel good

2024 was nothing but wild, healing, liberating, freeing 🦅

If I can describe it in 4 words it will be: TRUST, SURRENDER, FREEDOM, FLOW

My 2024 highlights:

✅ Lived Location Free ( something I wanted to do for the last 5 years or so) 🦅

✅ I stayed in 20 different places 🏘️

✅ I checked in to places 26 times 💼

✅ Got certified as a Neuro Transformation Therapy Practitioner now able to help my clients create fast long-lasting change, peace & harmony within themselves and better their lives

✅ Worked with some amazing soul aligned clients who I absolutely adore 💕

✅ Healed a LOT of my own baggage and generational stuff (it takes A LOT of courage, time, money, energy & willingness BUT it’s sooo effing WORTH IT 👌👌👌)

✅ Lived on the Gold Coast ☀️ 🌊 ( been wanting to do that for years)

✅ Had my 1st paid modeling gig 📸

✅ Met some amazing humans and like minded people 🫶🏻

✅ Most importantly, I feel the most free, empowered, aligned, grounded & confident version of myself.

I wish you nothing but the most epic 2025.

And remember the best is yet to come☝️

WOW what a WEEK!! Absolutely incredible and life changing!! 🥳🎉💪

So many lessons, soooo much healing, beautiful heart-felt connections, HUGE upgrades, and love. A lot of love. My heart is so full 🥹❤️❤️❤️

I drove over 800km to make to this training 🚗

And…. 🥁 I am now officially a:

I am so incredibly grateful to have been trained by Australia’s #1 training company for coaches, Luke Hawkins , who has trained over 2700+ Coaches and Therapists in the last 9 years to create rapid and lasting transformations. 🙏

See, only last year, I was going through the hardest days of my life.

After a sudden break up, getting scammed and losing all my money, I was going through an emotional turmoil.

All my childhood trauma got triggered. I felt abandoned, rejected, unloved, unworthy, not good enough… The doctor was about to prescribe me anti-depressants.

All negative emotions also came to the surface: so much hurt, guilt, shame, betrayal, disappointment, sadness, anger etc

What I have learnt about negative emotions is that if you don’t heal them, they keep running your life and you keep making decisions from wounds instead of from a healthy & empowered place.

Now that I have attended these courses and been healing myself, I am feeling so much more empowered, resilient, courageous, alive, energised & FREE 🦅 than EVER before. 🙌

I feel free now to experience more love, more joy, more peace, more abundance and it’s an amazing feeling. I am so so grateful. 🙏 Some days I don’t even recognise myself 😂🙌

I’m so excited to use everything I’ve learned to serve others and guide them on their own transformation journeys. 🦋✨

5 years ago I was feeling completely unhappy, unfulfilled, stuck, anxious, frustrated with myself and my life. The negative thoughts were super loud inside my head 😮‍💨

One of the most life changing things that I leant that helped me change my life was the power of our subconscious mind. 🧠

Our subconscious mind is running 95% of our lives. That means 95% of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours are happening on auto pilot. YUP believe it or not! It blew my mind when I found this out 🤯👌

I realised that in order for me to change my life I needed to change the “programming “ inside my own head. And, I couldn’t do it on my own, because I wasn’t even aware of it, it was unconscious. And, we can’t change something we are not aware of.

When my coaches helped me clear the clutter inside my head, my emotions also changed and I finally started taking aligned action towards my goals and dreams. ✨💃

See, things can truly change when you decide to invest in yourself and that you deserve better. 👍🏼

I am learning so much from this event (upgrading my thinking 🧠) and can't wait to take my clients to their new level too. 🔥🚀

I decided to run a 4-week program last month and teach women how to raise their vibration & start manifesting things from more ease & flow. We started on lion's gate day 8/8/8 when the energies were EPIK! 💫 🥳
I might do it again at some stage coz it was so much fun & I love seeing women rising higher and higher to manifest their deepest desires 🥳😍💖💃🏻

Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is to stop, let it all go, breathe, come back to the present moment, be in our bodies, enjoy & appreciate the little things and trust that everything is unfolding just as it’s meant to be. Because it is. 🦋
