HYROX Race Simulation๐ฅ
Today was all about getting comfortable being uncomfortable ๐๐ผ
1km run before every station.
Running under fatigue.
Working while the legs are cooked.
Learning how to control your breathing, pace yourself and keep moving when your body wants to slow down.
This is the stuff that prepares you for race day.
You need to get used to working for a longer period than the standard class. Because for 90% of people, youโll need to on race day. Sometimes you need longer efforts to build the engine, mental toughness and confidence to know you can hold on when it gets hard ๐ฅ
