UTS Global Case Competition

Last week, we wrapped up . What an amazing week!

We hope that all teams enjoyed exploring Sydney, meeting other delegates and solving two dynamic business cases! Congratulations to all teams for delivering such high quality presentations.

We would like to extend a massive congratulations to Aarhus University for placing First Overall in UTSGCC 2023!

We would also like to congratulate University of Amsterdam / Universiteit van Amsterdam for placing Second Overall and Babeş-Bolyai University for placing Third Overall!

Our judges have been absolutely blown away by the high calibre of your recommendations and presentations over the last week. All teams should be immensely proud of yourselves and your team. What you accomplished last week is no easy feat.

On Wednesday, our delegates solved a 6-Hour Case for GrainCorp. We are extremely proud of our delegates for presenting such innovative and unique solutions to the panel of judges.

We would like to give our thanks to the judges of our 6-Hour Case Presentations from GrainCorp.

The judges provided such meaningful insight and feedback and we are extremely grateful for the time they gave up.

With the conclusion of the 6-Hour case presentations today, here are the divisional winners for the 6-Hour Case.

We were so impressed by all the teams solutions today and we are looking forward to seeing what great ideas you come up with in the 24-Hour case!

Yesterday, our teams explored Taronga Zoo and made many new furry friends! Our delegates began by taking the iconic Sydney Ferry across the Habour to Taronga Zoo, hanging with the cuddly koalas and not-so-cuddly critters! It was a joy to see all teams connecting and building special friendships before we dive into the 6-Hour Case. Good luck to you all!

Last night we welcomed our 14 teams from around the world to UTS to commence . It was so great to see our delegates and faculty advisors at the Welcome Ceremony and get to know them at the Sponsor Networking Event. At our welcome ceremony, the delegates were introduced to the 6-Hour and 24-Hour case sponsor companies, GrainCorp and QBE Insurance. We cannot wait to see what is in store for the rest of this week!
