A beloved Junior School teacher and esteemed colleague, Anne taught at St Catherine’s School from 1980-2012. During that time, Anne taught junior school classes and later became Deputy Head of the Junior School.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Fiona Jean Blom (Nicholson) from the Class of 1991. Fiona passed away at Sutherland Hospital in the early hours of Monday 10 March following a short battle with pancreatic cancer. She will be missed by her daughter Laura (19) and her partner Michael. Her family are grateful that Fiona achieved her dream of celebrating her 50th birthday in Paris. May she rest peacefully, free from pain.

Her funeral will be held tomorrow Friday 21 March at 3pm in the South Chapel at Woronora Memorial Park (121 Linden Street Sutherland NSW 2232) followed by a gathering at the Como Hotel, Scylla Room from 4pm. Please contact [email protected] for more details.
