Our Year 7 students recently enjoyed their first Reflection Day, exploring the themes of stewardship of creation and global poverty.
Through workshops with Vinnies Services and Catholic Mission, students prepared snack packs for people experiencing homelessness and learned about the importance of human dignity and caring for others.
A wonderful day of reflection, learning, and putting faith into action. 🌏💙

Year 10 Engineering students wrapped up their unit of work with an unforgettable excursion to the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge on Wednesday
On the walk from Circular Quay Station, Mr Galvin gave a great talk about the ethics of developments near the Sirius Building. It offered a rare look into the building’s architectural significance and modern redevelopment.
The class completed the Summit Walk in perfect conditions. Many students overcame their fear of heights, gained a respect for the safety harness, and got to see first hand the materials and connections they learnt about in class for their topic 'Structural Engineering'

🕊️ Happy Champagnat Feast Day! 🕊️
Today, June 6th, we celebrate the life and legacy of Saint Marcellin Champagnat. In anticipation of this special day, our College community gathered on Wednesday, June 3rd, for a beautiful Feast Day Mass.
We were incredibly honoured to warmly welcome back three very special guests to celebrate with us: Father Norvin Dias, our Assistant Parish Priest; Brother Robert, Marist Brother and dear friend of the College and Mr Leo Sullivan, our oldest living Old Boy, celebrating with us at 98 years old!
Saint Marcellin founded the Marist Brothers to ensure young people were known and loved—a mission that lives on today in over 600 schools worldwide. Happy Feast Day to our entire community as we walk in the footsteps of St Marcellin and our Good Mother Mary. 💙

Two of our talented Year 9 artists took part in a two‑day immersive art workshop, ‘Origins to Destiny – From Genesis to Revelation’, inspired by the theological and artistic vision of the Sistine Chapel. Guided by professional mural artist Danny Mulyono and Catholic art educators from Sydney Catholic Schools, they explored sacred art, symbolism and creative practice.

A fantastic result for our Senior Chess Team representatives at Wednesday's Interschools Chess Tournament.
The boys placed 2nd overall, narrowly missing 1st place by just half a point behind the International Grammar School. Congratulations also to our individual trophy winners: Dominic G – 2nd, Oliver S – 3rd, Jordan C – 4th and Thomas Z – 6th.
Most importantly, the team represented the College with pride and sportsmanship.
Semi-finals, here we come!
