Our Year 6 students had a fantastic day at the Shark Tag Interschool Sport Gala Day! 🦈🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
It was wonderful to see our students getting involved, showing great sportsmanship, working as a team and, most importantly, having lots of fun! 💙

Bright Start Reading 📚
Another Monday, another wonderful start to the week with our Bright Start Reading program. Our Year 6 leaders spent the morning reading with their Kindy buddies — building confidence, connection and a love of books.

🌟 Yesterday we celebrated Jersey Day and the Feast of St Mary of the Cross MacKillop! 🌟

Students wore their favourite jerseys and brought in a gold coin donation to support the Charitable Works Fund (CWF), reflecting St Mary MacKillop’s generous spirit and her call to serve others.

We began the day with a beautiful morning liturgy, honouring her message: “Never see a need without doing something about it.” During the liturgy, one student from each class received a special award for showing kindness, service and noticing the needs of others.

Yesterday we celebrated World Principal Day, and our community made sure Mr Tax felt truly appreciated. Staff fired up a BBQ breakfast, and our teachers and students organised plenty of surprises throughout the day. There were Cronulla Sharks colours, ties everywhere, and lots of smiles.
Thank you for being the best Principal, Mr Tax, we’re so grateful for all you do.

An action shot from our Year 4 oz-tag gala day yesterday! All the students had a wonderful day, learning new skills and enjoying some extra sun. A big thank you to the teachers for all your work in making the day successful!

This morning, Yr 3 gathered with our parishioners for a lovely Parish Mass celebrating the Feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord. A meaningful moment of prayer and connection for our students.

Over the past two terms, our Stage 1 Newman students have been designing innovative solutions to help others and meet real community needs.

This week, they stepped into “Shark Tank” mode, pitching their prototypes to a panel and showcasing their creativity, problem solving and confidence!
