If or when you are so stressed, anxious, uptight and panicky that it is hard to function on a daily basis, there are several methods of pranayama or breath work which will help settle and reset the nervous system. Through the regulation of breath exercise practice, you can centre your being, feel your emotions and stabilise your energy. It takes time, dedication and focus

Process #1: The Cultivator

In this process, you are utilizing a three sentence mantra as vibrational medicine to cultivate or plant seeds for greater self-worth to grow. Since self-worth is the immune system of the emotional body, making time to cultivate more worthiness will not only help co-create a brighter tomorrow, a more fulfilling future, but also a journey with less emotional triggering and overwhelm to process.

To activate The Cultivator, simply repeat the following three sentences:

“Thank you for being awesome. Thank you for being amazing. Thank you for being outrageous.”

Please repeat this mantra slowly 3-5 times preferably while gazing into a mirror.

While lighthearted and playful in appearance, this energetic practice will help you elevate your self-worth from a 5D perspective, which focuses on activating greater qualities instead of endlessly clearing whatever you believe or have been taught is in the way of feeling better.

Process #2: The Resolver

This process was channeled to give you an immediate tool to directly address nervous system dysregulation when emotional triggering or the energy of the collective throws you off-center.

To Activate The Resolver, slowly count from 1 to 10. Once reaching a full ten count, then count backwards from 10 to 1. If needed, pause to feel the difference it's made, and then repeat even slower. The slower the count, the more powerfully it regulates your nervous system.

I affectionately named a week’s worth of practicing these two processes, “The Matt Kahn Slow Your Roll Challenge”.
