✨ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT✨
At Robert Menzies College, the friendships, leadership opportunities, and experiences you gain can shape your future in remarkable ways.
Meet Annie Phillips, former RMC Residential Advisor (2012–2014), and Founder of LUMN Consulting.
Annie highlights that the things she loved most about living at RMC was making lifelong friendships, having support and being able to offer it to others, and learning and growing into leadership.
From her time as residential advisor at RMC until now as Founder of LUMN Consulting, Annie continues to invest in people and empowers visionary leaders who are building what’s next.
Our RMC Alumni Dinner is happening on Friday the 18th of September and we can't wait to celebrate the stories, friendships and journeys that began right here at RMC!!!

RMC residents delivered outstanding results again last semester, scoring 71.93 as the overall average mark for subjects in Semester 1 2026. Other highlights:
-76.9% of unit results were Credit or Higher
-47.1% of unit results were Distinction of Higher
-15.3% of unit results were High Distinction
Results like these are no accident. They reflect the academic support woven into life at RMC, from tutoring and study sessions to exam suppers, and a community that genuinely values academic excellence.
Congratulations to our students for their excellent results this semester, and a big THANK YOU to the academic and pastoral staff who support them every step of the way.

The Edwin Judge Lecture | 10 August 2026 | Registrations Open!
In honour of the pioneering scholarship of Edwin Judge, John Dickson will explore the extraordinary transformations of the fourth-century Roman Empire, when the classical worlds of Rome and Greece encountered the emerging Christian movement with its deeply Jewish ethical heritage and universal ambitions. The lecture examines the cultural and intellectual fusion of “Rome, Athens, and Jerusalem” — a phrase frequently used by Professor Judge — and how this amalgam helped shape the foundations of the modern Western world.

Behind this photo is a story worth knowing.
Many of our international students aren't just navigating a new country — they're doing so while carrying the weight of world events back home. Some have gone weeks without contact with family. Others are uncertain whether they'll even be able to return home once their studies are done.
Yet in the midst of all of that, they show up. They study. They work jobs within our community. And they contribute to the very place that's supporting them.
One RMC resident put it simply: "I couldn't be with my family back home, so RMC became my family."
Our Scholarship Fund is one of the things that makes this possible — helping students stay housed, connected, and supported when they need it most.
This End of Financial Year, your tax-deductible gift before June 30 can make a real difference to a student who is far from home and doing it tough.

Starting university in a new city can be isolating.
For Abi, a scholarship at RMC made a meaningful difference. It reduced the pressure to balance study with extensive work, allowing her to engage more fully in college life.
She was able to build relationships, contribute in considered ways, and grow in confidence.
Now, as RMC's 2026 President, she helps shape an environment in which others experience that same sense of connection and belonging.
This EOFY, give a gift towards our scholarship and support amazing humans like Abi. Donate today! https://rmc.org.au/supportamazinghumans/
