Do you know how to let things go? Do you stay stuck in an emotion for the entire day, not sure how to move forward or how to shake it off.
If only, I should, that shouldn't, what if, all of your sentences and thoughts centralised in these statements.
The energy that you are creating in your own body is attracting that same energy to you.
Have you ever wondered why you keep attracting the same types of things in your life? Have you taken a minute to triage thoughts, to question them or to just sit back and let them fly on by not attaching yourself to them?

Your thoughts create your reality.
If it is a mess inside your head, it is likely that your external world looks exactly the same.
You have control, and no, it's not an easy road, working on yourself to rid those toxic thoughts is not for the faint-hearted.
How much do you want it though? How hard are you willing to work for it? What is likely to change for you when you decide that enough is enough and you want change?
Life is meant to be enjoyed and experienced in all different ways, what are you waiting for?

What are you going to do that puts you closer to your goal today?
What actions are you going to take to shift you that 1% forward.
Are you going to make that phone call? Put up that post? Apply for that job?, enrol in that course? Quit your job?
The only person on your journey that can change the direction is you!
Those voices in your head that state you are not good enough, not enough dont deserve it, not worthy of it, not smart enough, they are distractions to your goals.
Unfortunately your nervous system knows that what you did yesterday didnt kill you, so it wants you to stay safe by staying the same.
Yes change is scary gee even our own nervous system knows this.
There is some great news though, there is a way to let your nervous system know that it will be safe to change so.....

How long are you going to keep making excuses for the way your life has turned out?
Excuses like:

You yes YOU, here you are, you made it!. 🥇
That different outcome that you are looking for, for your life, is out there and it is attainable. The question then is....
❓How much do you want it?
❓How much do you crave it?
❓What are you willing to sacrifice to get you there?
What you have been doing so far has not given you the results that you truly desire.
