Congratulations to our amazing debating team, the Westmead Wonders!
They have remained undefeated throughout the 4 zone rounds of the Premier’s Debating Competition and are now moving on to the knockout regional finals.
We’re incredibly proud of their hard work and determination as they continue to build on the historic success of last year’s team. Go Wonders!

Our talented dancers proudly represented Westmead Public School at the 2026 Synergy Dance Festival, joining students from public schools across Western Sydney in a celebration of dance, creativity and performance. Congratulations to our amazing students for their dedication, enthusiasm and outstanding performances, and huge thanks to our teachers for their hard work and commitment in preparing the team. We are so proud of you all! ✨

What a fantastic day for our School Concert Band at the Hills Band Festival!
We are incredibly proud to share that the band was awarded a Gold Award for their performance, with the adjudicator recognising their outstanding collaboration, musicianship, precision, and musical expression. This achievement reflects the hard work, dedication, and commitment our students bring to every rehearsal and performance.
Congratulations, what an outstanding result and a performance to be proud of!

Students return to school on Wednesday 22nd April. We can’t wait to see you all.
