In our opinion.. One of the most important topics to teach today !

When we have the ability to learn and listen to what our bodies are saying at an early age.. What a super power!!

Recognising our body's warning signs is an important skill we explore with children during Jack & Jill Up Bravery Hill.

A fast-beating heart, wobbly legs, sweaty hands or a sick feeling in the tummy can all be ways our body tells us to pay attention. ❤️
