If You’re Sick Of Turning Up Here But Looking The Same
I’m gonna give you the blue print to lose weight and build muscle.
1 - Train 3 day per week on a full body training plan.
Have a break in between days - your session should go no longer than 1 hour - a total of 3 hours per week.
2 - Swap the cardio, for walking
It’s easy, you can do it anywhere, it burns calories and helps you recover from lifting
3 - Eat protein with every meal
Eggs for breakfast, chicken for lunch, fish for dinner, and yoghurt, jerky, and a protein shake in between.
Trust me - doing these three things changes everything.

This is how you take messy action in weight loss.
Most mornings, I do an egg white scramble. It’s high protein, it takes five minutes.
But this morning I look, and my egg whites are gone.
But always prioritizing a high protein breakfast, this is what I’ve got.
These spinach and egg white wraps, 290 calories, 21 grams of protein.
These turkey sausages, 60 calories and 6 grams of protein.
Does it look pretty? Probably not. But for 820 calories and nearly 70 grams of protein,
I’m gonna be full for hours. I’ll have a very light lunch, and on a cut of 2,000 calories, I’ll have 1,000 calories left for the rest of the day.
Being able to do makeshift meals on the run stops the self-sabotage.
