Sioeli had to get 35 points, he was on 25 with 1 kick left. He nailed the post to finish his score at 35 💪🏽
This is a great drill to see how true your ball strike is along with testing your accuracy on a score base test 🏉
How the scoring works (for right footers);
Miss more than 1m to the right or left = 0 points ❌
Miss to the left within 1m of post = 1 point 🥉
Miss to the right within 1m of post = 5 points 🥈
Hit the post = 10 points 🥇
For left footers;
Miss more than 1m to the right or left = 0 points ❌
Miss to the right within 1m of post = 1 point 🥉
Miss to the left within 1m of post = 5 points 🥈
Hit the post = 10 points 🥇
For a 5 kick test this is what the scores would look like;
🏆 = 50 points (highest you can get)
😃 = 30 points (excellent)
🙂 = 25 points (good)
😐 = 15 points (fair)
😕 = 5 points (needs work)

📣 A massive shoutout to client Waiaria Ellis who made her Super Rugby debut on the weekend for the NSW Waratahs!
🟢 Waiaria became the YOUNGEST EVER Waratah at 16 years 186 days when she took on the ACT Brumbies & got the win too!

🐻 Great first session this week with North Sydney Bears NSW Cup players Kieran & Jake down in Melbourne!
⚡️ Kieran & Jake have been given the opportunity to train & play with the Melbourne Storm NRL squad this preseason which is unreal! In the second photo you’ll see them after their first trial match with the Storm 👉🏼
