🎉 Congratulations to Madhu and Parnian! 🎉

We are proud to recognise both Madhu and Parnian as our Employees of the Month at Pearls of Wisdom ELC.

Madhu – Educational Leader & Educator
Madhu is recognised for her role as the Educational Leader for our entire centre, where she supports all educators and guides curriculum planning and programming across rooms. Alongside this leadership role, she also works as an educator, actively contributing to high-quality learning experiences for children. Her passion for early childhood education, strong support for her team, and attention to detail help strengthen practice across the centre.

Parnian – Munch and Move Officer & Educator (Starfish Room)
Parnian is acknowledged for her dedication as both a Munch and Move Officer and educator in the Starfish Room. She consistently embeds health and wellbeing practices into the daily program, promoting healthy eating and physical activity through engaging and meaningful experiences. She supports children and families in understanding the importance of developing lifelong healthy habits.

Both educators play an important role in creating a positive, supportive, and inspiring learning environment across the centre.

Lest We Forget 🌺

Today we honour the courage, sacrifice, and enduring spirit of the ANZACs, past, present, and future. We remember with deep gratitude those who gave so much for our future, and we will never forget the legacy of their bravery.

🌿Our first excursion for Nature Week was a beautiful adventure at the park! The children explored the outdoors, discovered the beauty of nature, and enjoyed fresh air, laughter, and joyful moments together 🌳💚

A big thank you to our families who joined us on this special outing — we truly loved sharing this wonderful experience with you 💛

At Pearls of Wisdom ELC, we believe that nature is the best learning environment, where curiosity, discovery, and a love for learning through play grow naturally 🌼🦋

The children, alongside their lovely educators, collected sticks and leaves during our walk, which we will use back at the centre for sustainability-based activities, helping to promote environmental awareness and meaningful learning experiences 🌱♻️

What a beautiful way to learn, play, and connect with nature! 🌿

Congratulations to Ruchi and Barsha! 🎉
We are so proud to recognise both Ruchi and Barsha from our Dolphin Room (Preschool Room) as our Employees of the Month!

Ruchi stands out for her wonderful skills in creating engaging sensory activities. She thoughtfully designs hands-on experiences that allow children to explore, discover, and learn through their senses. Her creativity and attention to detail make every sensory experience meaningful, exciting, and full of curiosity.

Barsha is recognised for her strong skills in creative activities, bringing fresh and imaginative ideas into the classroom. She encourages children to express themselves through art, creativity, and open-ended experiences, helping to develop their confidence and imagination.

Together, Ruchi and Barsha create a rich and inspiring learning environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn every day.
