The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives — and this is not exclusive to romantic partnerships. When we’re children, friendships mark the first “free-choice” relationships we make, and are the earliest example of relationships existing beyond the given requirements of familial connection. Friendships are love stories in their own right.

Longterm friends provide us with consistency through life’s changes: breakups, career shifts, family rifts, birth and death. They create a community and are witnesses to our lives. Seasonal friendships are also valuable, as they are created based on our circumstantial needs at that time.

To feel pleasure we need to be attentive to what we are doing. You will never enjoy a meal, a bath, a movie or the company of a friend if you are not paying attention to the flavour of the food, the warmth of the water, the dialogues in the movie or the words and the presence of your friend.
being able to enjoy something is only possible when we are not thinking of anything else.

June is Here! And so is our pride! We support love and truth, so here is a toast to be true to who you are, to freedom of being who and love whoever your heart desires. Let's say no to the taboo subjects around our gender and how we must love each other. Understanding that our binary society today is a historical consequence of oppression by those who wanted and needed to enforce power, releases us from our need to compliance with such old ideas.
When we don't understand something, we fear it and the only remedy for fear is knowledge. Go on, let's take June to read through the history of s*xuality and the many forms of love and gender.

If I asked you to list all that you love, how long would it take for you to write your name down?
Love yourself is the basic of well being and a healthy mind. Loving yourself is not being arrogant and thinking you are better than anyone else. Self love is being kind to you, to be honest about your feelings, to care for you. It is knowing where your shadows are and forgiving yourself. It's understanding when your own needs need to be placed in front of other things on your endless to-do list.
We cannot give ourselves to others if we don't fully understand where we are.
A little a**logy with the airplace: One must place the mask on oneself first before helping the ones next to them.
We can only be full for others once we are full for ourselves.
Do you love yourself? Can you forgive your mistakes? Can you ask for forgivenes?

Happiness lives in play. Playing boosts our energy and clears our mind. It encourages imagination and if we play with others, it even helps us connect.

So today, Wednesday, middle of the week, during quarantine or lockdown, why don't you find something to play or someone to play with if you are at home with someone? If you are solo, you can play with your neighbour through the window! From table tennis to music or even an online game. You can play a game over the internet on a video call. What is your idea of a nice game to play while in the confinements of your home?

Children of all ages are curious about their bodies and they often touch themselves to find what happens if. Soon enough they discover what feels good and what it doesn't. It is pure, it is normal, it is ok. If public touching is a problem, speak to your child about their private parts and that it is ok to do so in their bedroom, bathroom , when they are alone but not in front of other people as this is something that they should explore alone. Don't condem the fact and don't make it seem it is something only dirty people do. They will continue to "research" their changing body as they grow and it is better if they know it is natural and ok to see how everything is changing. Later on, when they are s*xually active and interested in relationships, they will know what are their boundaries for in*******se, they will know what their bodies are able to do, how it feels and what is acceptable. If brings them confidence. So stick the talk to their safety so they don't hurt themselves with inappropriate objects, the place and what it is. More tips coming soon
