Hello 2023 and to all the new faces!
I’ve had a bit of a hiatus off social media but I’m back and thought I’d better introduce myself 👋
This is my tribe 🖤
A little bit about me…I’m a Child and Family Health Nurse working in the community with families. I’ve also got a background in Emergency Nursing (children and adults) and I’m a Certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant!
I’ve had different sleep journeys with all 3 of my kids and I know how challenging it can be at times!
I struggled with my eldest daughter Mila- she was diagnosed with cows milk protein intolerance (CMPI) when she was 3 months old and was on prescription formula. She used to flap around in her cot and was a super light sleeper plus cat napper. We got onto the white noise and dark room pretty quickly but also enlisted the help of a sleep consultant who was a life saver!
My 6yr old son Finn on the other hand has overall been good at sleeping besides having night terrors for 3 years 😩- that was tough.
Last but not least is Lily who is 2.5 yrs- overall she has been pretty good, although has just started to develop night terrors like her brother 😭
I understand what it is like to feel exhausted, drained and to not be functioning at your best.
I am here to help you and your family get sleep back into your life.
I know how important it is for mental health and the family unit!
If you would like support with your child’s sleep please reach out.
Website is in Bio or DM me with any questions.
Thank you to everyone who likes, comments and supports this page, it’s truely appreciated 🙏

🤱 It is world breastfeeding week and whilst I fully encourage breastfeeding I know it can be a difficult journey for some therefore will always believe that Nourished is Best.
👩🍼Your feeding journey is valid, no matter what is looks like.
❤️If you are a breastfeeding mama you are amazing.
❤️If you are a formula feeding mama you are amazing.
❤️If you are a pumping mama you are amazing.
Your baby can sleep well and thrive off both breastmilk and formula.
Leave and emoji below to share which one you are and we’ll see the diversity! Below 👇🏽

💫Winter has certainly arrived and this week has been chilly here in Sydney!!
As we progress through the cooler months in the Southern Hemisphere and warmer months in the northern hemisphere it’s important to dress your child appropriately for sleep.
💫A baby can not regulate their body temperature as well as an adult. Temperature regulation is predominantly done through their head and face therefore it’s important to always keep the head clear from blankets or coverings. This means no beanies!
💫The fabric you chose should be breathable, natural material such as cotton or wool. Using layers is good to enable you to adjust accordingly.
💫Sleeping bags/sleep suits have a TOG rating.
A tog rating is a unit of measurement for insulation and warmth of sleepwear and bedding.
A low TOG = lighter fabric
A high TOG = thicker fabric
💫 For sleeping the optimal room temp is between 18-22 degrees so you’ll need to factor in heating or air conditioning/fans in the room.
💫 To check if your baby is comfortable, touch their chest or back of their neck. Your baby extremities are often cooler which is normal.
💫This is a great guide from to help you decide what to dress your child in. It’s always good to refer to the manufacturer’s guidelines of the product.

We love you so much (but not so much when you spread your gastro bug to your brother and sister) 🤦♀️ 🤢😘
