Meet the other half of the dynamic duo, co-founder Anesan Naidoo. Anesan has been actively involved in hospitality for more than 18 years working with and coaching pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels and cafes in an advisory role. Educated at the UNSW and AGSM, he started developing his skills with Business Coaching Systems (John Vamos) in 1998 and launched his own coaching business in 2007. With a new generation of hospitality staff coming through the ranks, Anesan is passionate about developing them through Kando Academy, which is engaging & fun and motivates staff to want to learn ππ½ .
