🏠 Support Worker (Carer)
Ideal for graduates of our Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability). Shifts are casual and flexible.

Duties include:
• Providing care services as per the individual Care Plan for each client
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in a client's condition
• Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures

You will need:
• Genuine enjoyment of supporting people with needs
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work independently

🗂 Roster Coordinator
No clinical background required.

Duties include:
• Creating and managing staff rosters in line with client care plans and funding requirements
• Managing short-notice changes, sick leave, and emergency cover
• Liaising with support workers and care coordinators regarding schedules
• Verifying and approving timesheets

You will need:
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in rostering software and Microsoft Office or similar
• Previous experience in rostering or scheduling, preferably in home care or health services
