π Support Worker (Carer)
Ideal for graduates of our Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability). Shifts are casual and flexible.
Duties include:
β’ Providing care services as per the individual Care Plan for each client
β’ Monitoring and reporting any changes in a client's condition
β’ Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
You will need:
β’ Genuine enjoyment of supporting people with needs
β’ Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
β’ Reliability and punctuality
β’ Ability to work independently

π Roster Coordinator
No clinical background required.
Duties include:
β’ Creating and managing staff rosters in line with client care plans and funding requirements
β’ Managing short-notice changes, sick leave, and emergency cover
β’ Liaising with support workers and care coordinators regarding schedules
β’ Verifying and approving timesheets
You will need:
β’ Strong organisational and time management skills
β’ High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
β’ Proficiency in rostering software and Microsoft Office or similar
β’ Previous experience in rostering or scheduling, preferably in home care or health services
