My Little Angels Early Learning

We’ve given our home corner a sustainable twist! The children are now exploring recycled items and felt food during play, sparking creativity and imagination. By reusing everyday materials, we’re encouraging eco-conscious thinking while enhancing dramatic play area. It’s amazing to see their little minds at work! 🧠

Today, our little angels stretched, balanced, and breathed their way through a fun and calming yoga session! 🌿 Through gentle movements and mindfulness, the children practiced focus, body awareness, and relaxation—helping them feel strong and centered.

Yoga is a beautiful way to support emotional well-being, self-regulation, and physical development. Plus, we had so much fun striking our favourite poses! 🦋🌞

Rock Pool Exploration: Today we combined sensory play with cultural storytelling, fostering a connection to the marine environment and First Nations culture.

We are learning all about how to navigate through our emotions in the nursery this week! 🫶🏻 We have been using tools such as calm down bottles, starfish breathing and talking about how we are feeling at multiple points throughout our day.

Today our nursery friends baked some delicious brownies for their families for Valentine’s Day! They even decorated the packaging with their artworks. Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️

Our nursery friends went on an adventure today with Miss Taylor & Miss Alana! They had so much fun strolling through their local community, visiting the people in the park doing yoga & exploring all the sensory aspects nature has to offer! 🌳

Our Preschoolers made their own fireworks through science! This was one of the ways Miss Amanda extended on the Children’s experiences/interests from our holiday break! 🎆

This week at MLA, our Bilbies have been focusing on emotions.. including self love & positivity! 🥰
