Something for mum NO-BAKE lactation slice.
The base of this recipe is:
1/2 cup of almonds
1/2 cup of Medjool dates
Optional:
Cranberries
Pumpkin seeds
Cashews
Granola
Step 1: Start by blending your dry ingredients
Step 2: Pitt your dates and soften in the microwave (40 seconds)
Step 3: Add dates to blender and blend till combined. You can add a tablespoon of water to help combine.
Step 4: Spread in a small pan and freeze for atleast 2 hours.
Once frozen you can portion your slices and store in the fridge or freezer.
