Small Group Passing Exercise β½β½β½
This is an effective drill that works on first touch, awareness and passing.
Here, the players complete a series of dyrnamic exercises in between playing a pass with the coach. After the coach calls turn, the player receives a pass, dribbles around the end cone and rotates with the other players.

Many people ask βwhat do we actually provide at EB Football Coaching?β
This question is often asked because our training is very different to the normal, everyday team based soccer coaching.
We provide small group and 1on1 training that mainly focus on the technical skills of players.
βNow what does that actually mean?β
Our small group training involves 2-4 people, typically with players who are friends with each other. However, we do also provide players with the opportunity to join group sessions and therefore make new friends. Meanwhile, the 1on1 sessions involve our coaches working individually with a player.
βWhy would a player need/want additional coaching outside of team training?β
Firstly, our training allows players to receive more personally focused training, as normal team training often involves 1 coach with 10-15 players. As a result, players can:
- improve particularly aspects of their game
- gain confidence
- learn new skills
