π€πβ€οΈ NAIDOC Week β€οΈππ€
This week, the children have been engaging in meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that celebrate and deepen their understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories and traditions.
Through art, storytelling, music, movement and shared conversations, the children have had opportunities to explore, ask questions, listen and learn. These experiences support children to build respect, connection and appreciation while recognising the rich and continuing cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We acknowledge that learning about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives is not just for NAIDOC Week, but an important and ongoing part of our everyday curriculum. π€πβ€οΈ
