We are beyond proud of our incredible Jack who competed in the Mackillop Athletics Championships this week. 🌟🙌

Jack came 13th in Long Jump which is an incredible achievement in itself. ✨

But to make it even better he received the Bronze in High Jump which means he is progressing to the State competition. 🥉🌟

We are so incredibly proud of you Jack! 👏🥰

Kindergarten had an incredible experience designing and making Chick Enclosures as part of their Science learnings over the last two terms. 🐥🌟

They needed to use their knowledge of living things and weather to ensure the “chicks” were able to thrive. ☀️🌊💧☁️🐤

A huge thank you to our parents who came along to help! 🙌

Kindy were incredible learners as they practised their skipping skills today. 🙌🌟

So many things to concentrate on as they swung the rope above their heads, jumped as the rope came down and repeated the process. 🔁

This week our K, 1 and 2 students had an opportunity to view their creations during their library lessons. 🔎📚

Year 4’s Space Day. 🪐

This term Year 4 have perfected their Informative Writing techniques based on Space. ✏️✍️📝

As a major part of their assessment they had to create a Vids video based upon a Space theme. 🎥📹

Today they showcased our skills to our community. 🙌🌟

Year 3 have been learning about Gorton Forest Sanctuary named the Waulinbakh Wildlife Sanctuary which protects native forest and Australian wildlife. 🐨🐊

They have researched questions and then recorded their answers as a podcast interview. 🎤

Such incredible learning in Year 3! 🌟
