As part of National Sea Week, the children participated in a range of ocean-themed activities. 🌊🐠
They explored an Ocean Rescue sensory activity using tongs to collect “rubbish” from the water and sort it into bins, supporting fine motor development and coordination. The children also made ocean “water” with cloud dough, created bubble art, built a small aquarium, and crafted jellyfish from beads.
These experiences helped children learn about sea life, caring for our oceans, and the importance of keeping marine environments clean while developing creativity and sensory exploration.
