We’ve introduced a Clothing Exchange Rack at Nukids 👕✨

We believe small community initiatives like this help children and families feel supported, connected and cared for.

Families are welcome to donate clean, good-condition items their child has outgrown and take what they need. A simple way to reduce waste, share generously, and look after one another !!!

☀️🧢 The summer sun is shining so we stay safe !!!

At Nukids, sun safety is a daily priority!
Before heading outside to play, our little ones wear their hats and apply sunscreen ensuring they can enjoy the outdoors safely. That way, they’re ready for lots of movement fun and fresh air!

🌿🐚 Sensory Play Adventures !!!

The children explored nature through sensory play! At Nukids, we love activities that spark curiosity, language and calm focus.

We set up sandy “mini worlds” with leaves and branches for the children to build and explore. They scooped, poured, and raked the sand, while others sorted animal figures and discussed which lived in water or on land.

Hands-on moments like these grow observation and teamwork while nurturing a deep connection to the natural world.

📖GROUP STORY TIME !!!

The children cozied up in a group for shared reading! They pointed to pictures, named characters and joined in on familiar words. They practiced listening, built new vocabulary and stretched those growing attention spans.

Little moments like “What do you think happens next?” sparked curiosity, early comprehension, and a love of books, nurturing confident little readers!

School Readiness in Action!!!

Our preschoolers leaned into early literacy and numeracy. The children have been counting objects and matching quantities to numerals, practising number formation and pencil grip and sounding out letters and writing simple words.

These small, daily wins strengthen focus, fine-motor skills, and problem-solving! Everything they need for a smooth start to “big school” this year!

Proud of our little learners! 🌟

Ms Anna’s Dance sessions always = instant smiles!!!

Our little movers LOVE her classes! With fun routines, and lots of wiggles and giggles, every week they leave the mat a little braver and a lot happier!

Thank you Ms Anna, for making music and movement the highlight of our Thursdays!

From curious questions to big milestones, our children shone and none of it happens without our incredible educators, supportive parents, and brave little learners.

Thank you for the trust, teamwork, and heart you bring to our community every day. As we turn the page to 2026, we’re excited for more growth, friendships, and joyful discoveries.

Here’s to a fresh year of learning and wonder together!

Healthy Little Heroes hosted an “I Can Eat a Rainbow” Incursion!

The children met SUPER Wanda the Watermelon, explored how colourful foods help our bodies, and took turns pulling real fruit & veggies from the Mystery Box to build a class rainbow.

Everyone finished with a certificate and a big boost to try new and healthy foods!

“What new fruit and veg are we going to try after today?”
Mushroom! Celery! Beetroot! Carrots!

The children at NuKids Early Learning enjoyed a colourful “I can EAT a rainbow” program this morning with Geneveive! They met Wanda Watermelon, explored colours, the human body and had hands-on experiences with real fruits and veggies. This positive exposure to fruits and vegetables is a great way to encourage healthy eating!

Thanks for having us Renee and the team!

We welcomed our wonderful grandparents for a cosy, play-based afternoon for Grandparent's Day.
Invitations to play included colouring, dollhouse small-world, make-a-face crafts, card-making. We also created a photo corner and afternoon tea made for joyful moments side-by-side.
These moments deepen belonging and joy. To all the grandparents, thank you for your time, warmth, and stories!
Little hearts full, memories made. Happy Grandparents’ Day!

Children decorated plain biscuits, mixing icing with water and yellow food colouring, then carefully spreading it on top!

They loved watching the colour change, took turns at the mixing station, and practised fine-motor control.

They learnt early measurement, mixing, and lots of patience, all leading to yummy results!
