Our teachers are excited to be representing Jaliyati Inc at The NSWFCLS Annual Gala Dinner.

The event will be held at Bankstown this Saturday night and will give our teachers the opportunity to network with members of the Federation as well as other Community Language Schools.

Jaliyati Inc Community Arabic School are now taking enrollments for 2023!!!

Their director has over 30 years experience in teaching the Arabic language and provides a safe and caring environment for the children.

They run classes every SATURDAY during school terms from 10am to 2pm at Putney Public School.

Cost is $100 per child / per term (which equals $10 per week).

The Staff at Jaliyati Inc Community Arabic School would like to thank all of our students and their families for what was a wonderful year in the classroom.

Here are some photos from our last day for 2022 which was held last Saturday at Putney Public School.

Students were presented with a Certificate of Participation from the NSW Department of Education along with some lovely gifts from our teachers.

We’ve seen our community language school grow bigger and stronger as each month passes and we look forward to welcoming you all back in 2023.

Our Director Mrs Kawther Shami was invited to attend The NSW Federation of Community Language Schools ‘launch of report’ dinner which was held at the Parliment House on Thursday evening.

Only selected schools were invited to attend this event and Mrs Shami was delighted to meet The Hon. Mark Coure MP, Minister for Multiculturalism NSW FCLS (pictured below).

She was also fortunate enough to meet with Ms Lucia Johns (President of the Federation) and Mr Michael Christodoulou AM, CEO of the NSW Federation.

Our School Director Mrs Kawther Shami represented Jaliyati Inc today at the 2022 Annual State Community Language Teachers Conference and Professional Development Training Day.

At Jaliyati, our teachers are always looking for innovative ways and work closely with The Federation to ensure high standards of education are taught at our school.

Fact: At Jaliyati Inc Community Arabic School, our teachers are fully accredited by the Institute of Languages and come with over 40 years of teaching experience.

We have also developed a Teaching Program which has been approved by The NSW Federation of Community Language Schools.

**Exciting News**

We’ve just been notified that we’ll be able to resume face to face learning this year.

Our first lesson will take place this Saturday (5th February) at Putney Public School 10AM - 2PM.

We’ll be onsite from 9:30am should any parent wish to finalise their child’s enrollment.

To adhere with our covid safety plan, all parents must drop off and pick up their children from the Parry Street entrance.

No parents will be allowed onto the school premises and we’ve been asked that parents try and minimise interaction as much as possible and adhere to social distancing rules (keeping a 1.5m distance from one another).

All staff will be required to wear a face mask and also children 12 years and above.

If you need to speak to your child’s teacher or myself, please let me know via message or phone.

Lastly, please if your child has any cold or flu like symptoms, please keep them at home. Any child who displays any symptoms, will be asked to return home until they are feeling better. Also if they’re deemed a close contact, Jaliyati Incorporated must be notified immediately.
