I think I’ve finally found one of the best ways to motivate students… 👀

✨ Motivation Tokens ✨

I’ve tried so many systems over the years, but this one just sticks.

Each student has their own token card with a personalised goal like:

🎯 “I am learning to…”

⭐ “My goal is…”

💬 “I am working towards…”

And the best part? They get to choose a theme they love 🦄🍦⭐

(suddenly everyone is very invested 🤭)

It shifts the focus from just “doing the work”…

to actually seeing their progress build over time 🤍

Whether it’s learning, effort or kindness — it all counts.
