Alex and Keeley from AKCoaching are my trainers who have helped me achieve my goals and I love every minute of our sessions.
Collaborating with Lachy Sawtell / Online Coach] the insightful trainer and nutritionist who designed and monitor my macro dieting meal plan.


I went on an 8-weeks challenge. They made it fun and enjoyable to train, and the three of them are very motivating and encouraging!

I did the AKCoaching 8 week Transformation Challenge after being asked by a friend and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
My goal was to lose my baby weight (which I did and then some!).
I wanted to cry when I saw my before and afters because I looked and felt like the best version of myself after only a short time of hard work.
From tailored meal plans from to weekly bootcamps and check-ins with your trainers and I found the whole experience really supportive, balanced and enjoyable.
